Welcome to compacom.com (hereinafter "Company"). To register for the Company's services, you must agree to these Marketing Practices, as well as the Company's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use.
By registering for the Company's services, you understand that you are requesting a referral for a loan from the independent, participating lenders with whom the Company may share your information. You also acknowledge that the Company may share your nonpublic personal information with third-party service providers for the sole purpose of verifying the authenticity of your information.
Express consent to marketing communications. You give your express written consent to receive promotional materials and other communications from participating lenders, the Company, and/or third-party marketing partners with whom the Company may share your information. These parties may also provide you with information about additional services and products.
You further understand and agree that all communications, whether to assist you in obtaining the loan requested or for promotional purposes, may be delivered by direct mail, email (at the email address provided by you), telephone calls, and/or text messages (at the number(s) provided by you), including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and automated text-messaging technology — notwithstanding that your email address or telephone number(s) may be listed on any corporate, state, or federal Do-Not-Contact registry, suppression list, or the like. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your consent to receive marketing communications is not required as a condition of applying for or obtaining a loan, and you may apply for a loan without agreeing to receive marketing communications by contacting the Company directly using the information below.
How to opt out. You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving marketing communications at any time:
