COMPACOM.com, its owner, and operator ("COMPACOM.com", "we", "us", or "our") offer loan comparison services and related content through our website(s) located at COMPACOM.com (the "Site") and through our mobile applications and technologies ("Mobile Apps"). These services, along with any new features and functionalities, are collectively referred to as the "Service". Access and use of the Service are governed by these Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, Mobile Apps, or any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you shall not access, browse, or use the Service.
Important Legal Rights, Remedies, and Obligations
Please read these Terms carefully. They include an agreement to arbitrate, which requires, with limited exceptions, that you submit claims against us to binding and final arbitration. Loan Comparison Service
Our service ("Service") connects consumers with a network of potential lenders ("Lender Partners"). You must complete an online request form ("Request Form") to use the Service, requiring personal information such as name, address, and financial details. Our Privacy Policy, which is a part of these Terms, explains our data practices.
Credit Decisions
COMPACOM.com is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or loans. We do not guarantee loan offers or specific loan terms from Lender Partners. Once your Request Form is submitted, it is shared with Lender Partners, who may contact you for further processing or additional offers.
Electronic Disclosures
By submitting your Request Form, you agree to electronic disclosures and communications from COMPACOM.com and Lender Partners. This includes receiving electronic loan contracts and related notifications.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your Request Form. Inaccurate information may lead to denial or suspension of Service use.
Service Changes and Access
COMPACOM.com may modify the Service without notice and reserves the right to deny access for conduct violating these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations
COMPACOM.com provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited as allowed by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify COMPACOM.com and Lender Partners against all liabilities and costs arising from your use of the Service.
Links to Third Parties
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. COMPACOM.com is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Disputes between you and COMPACOM.com will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except for individual small claims court cases. This includes waiving the right to participate in class actions.

SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing a mobile number, you consent to receiving SMS communications from COMPACOM.com and Lender Partners.
Other Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and COMPACOM.com, governed by California law. We may amend these Terms at any time, with amendments effective upon posting.
