Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Compacom.com. They govern your products, and content (“Services”). By writing for us or intending to make a career with Compacom.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any of the Terms, you can’t work for Compacom.com.

We can change these Terms at any time. You'll be notified about any changes before they take effect. If you don’t agree to the new Terms, you should delete your account before they take effect, otherwise, your work will be subject to the new Terms.

Content rights & responsibilities

You own the rights to the content you create and post on Compacom.com.

By posting content to Compacom.com, you give us a nonexclusive license to publish it on our website, including anything reasonably related to publishing it (like storing, displaying, reformatting, and distributing it). You also agree that Compacom.com may enable advertising on the Services, including in connection with the display of your content or other information. You agree that Compacom.com has the full right to publish your article and becomes the sole owner of all copyright, publishing, and other rights related to the article’s content. You are regarded as the author of the article.  We may also use your content to promote Compacom.com, including its products and content. We will never sell your content to third parties without your explicit permission.

You’re responsible for the content you post. This means you assume all risks related to it, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights.

We can remove any content you post for any reason.

No children

Compacom.com is only for people 18 years old and over. By offering us your service, you affirm that you are over 18. If we learn someone under legal age tries to write for us, we’ll terminate their account.

Security

If you find a security vulnerability on Compacom.com, inform us by e-mail careers@compacom.com.

Incorporated rules and policies

By submitting these Terms, you agree to let Compacom.com collect and use your personal information and content.

To ensure usernames are distributed and used fairly, we’ll investigate any use of mentioned trademarks and respond appropriately.

If you don’t follow our Rules and Policies, we may remove content, or suspend or delete your account.

These Terms (including any document incorporated by reference into them) are the whole agreement between Compacom.com and you concerning your articles, posts and other services.
